The rating system on PSL forums has changed over the years so that users now claim you need a top 1-3% face to qualify for HTN
Even if they don't explicitly state that rarity level, that's how they gatekeep who receives the HTN label

I'm convinced this is just ethnics trying to downrate white guys to cope by claiming nearly every white who gets posted on there is sub HTN

HTN literally used to just mean a clearly above average young white guy, not an entry level requirement for modelling or the kind of guy you only see in public once a month
