Hear me out. The unemployment rate reached record lows of 4% in june, in the USA. Companies have more than enough workers currently, also a lot of the roles were fufilled by migration. The ideal unemployment rate for a good economy is 9-10%.

The reason people used to be able to walk in and get a decent paying job was cuz there wasnt as much migration, there was less societal pressure to get into work believe it or not, and unemployment rates were sky high.

The gaslight that "these younger generations are lazy" is fucking hilarious. Damn near most of millennials are working their dick off, even if they are in their parents home. We have an insane work culture that is hypercapitalistic demanding people to get a job every 10 seconds. Go to fucking greece or macedonia or some shit and say "yea bro i aint got a job". Do u think these niggas dont work cuz of "shit economic prospect". No its cuz they just dont want to there isnt that pressure and they arent plauged by mass migration.

You have your whole fucking life to work, if your gonna work a dead end job anyways for shit pay and lose braincells over it, wait until jobs pay better and unemployment rate rises so they actually will insentivize people to work.

A lot of these dudes live with their parents but still attend parties, go to beach with friends, fuck girls. Young people do shit and they actually have good and stable fertility rates in a lot of east european countries.

My point though is that the migrants are employed, and the older generations are employed and holding onto jobs for dear life. Gen Z are just absolutely not needed in the labour force cuz we keep making these boomer farts live longer and longer , they have insane wealth so keep getting the best treatment to continue living.

However, the unemployment rate is the same in the UK and a lot of western eurpean countries. If the calculations were just misleading or wrong like he said. I think it would show.

Sure Gen Z are being pushed out of employment but I feel like there are literally millions of millennials working shitty jobs, or somehow squeezed their way into the labour market. International investors buy up housing. The job and housing issue are the only new things. As for food and groceries less of peoples income is being spent on it. However eating out is costing more. Thats why a burger costs like 20$. As for groceries they r pretty cheap.

In general all that aside if there were good economic conditions we shouldnt be forced to work till like we are 60 to make a living.
