Good post, to expand on your overall point OP it's true. In some ways sure I have "matured" in many ways but in others I am the same immature kid I was at like 12 years old. I vividly remember when I was like 20 years old thinking when i was 30 suddenly I would be like a totally different person, and magically just be way more mature or whaetever. It's not really true, You are who you always will be by the time you're like 15.

You will be smarter in the sense of collected life experiences and stuff but your core personality doesn't ever change no matter how old you get. Like for example, I am totally different how I act around women, simply because of the knowledge I have gained form this site and real life, but my overall mindset and stuff hasn't changed much from when I was a teen.

Yeah the only huge personality shift I noticed was from 13 to 15 and then it pretty much stayed the same after that. Even with effort, I couldn't really manipulate my personality past a certain age. My adult personality is same as it was when I was 15

There was a book that was referenced on a radioshow i used to listen too, and they spoke about how most men are basically 14 forever. (so you're 15 is close lol). Not everyone. Some people seem to mature differently, but most people are basically their 14 year old self
