Is because women are responsible for having children, which means they HAVE to be incentivized to breed by nature. Where as most men will never have to breed, and thus it makes no sense for evolution to torture them too much by making sex feel TOO good or else knowing they are missing out on it might literally drive them insane. It just makes basic evolutionary sense that nature would give females larger and longer (and in some cases multiple) orgasms to make sure they actually WANT to have sex with the alpha male all the time.
Yes males also want to get laid but frankly the size of the male libido is overrated. Look at Japan where 90% of males have barely any libido at all these days. Women have the larger libidos, not males.
