It's just a form of mental defense. Deep inside I don't think anybody actually believes any of crap, be it gender equality, racial equality, any kind of equality really. Nor do I think most truly believe that love exists or that women actually care about them. Deep inside I don't think they even truly believe in the covid narrative even if they pretend to do so.
