.....is because if they did not then we would not be constantly bombarded with propaganda telling us that they don't. If there is anything I have learned after getting blackpilled is that generally speaking, everything that is considered "common sense" or "traditional wisdom" is false and propaganda. Women are equal to men? False. Race doesn't exist/doesn't matter? False. The world is meritocratic and genetics don't matter? False. Looks don't matter vs personality? False. Jews being the ruling classes of the west is just a racist conspiracy theory? False. Climate change will kill us all? False. So why would this be any different then?

Almost all viruses in equatorial regions don't have vaccines. If u live in n/s hemisphere, those viruses do often have vaccines for them. Take them if u want, it's pretty calculated risk
