Southgate taking out experienced and mentally strong players like Henderson and Walker at last minute and bringing out two young black players to take penalties (plus the 5th taker) thinking they will score the winners so FA and media can say tomorrow how diversity is great and how "racists" public was wrong all along about kneeling, immigration, etc.
