yeah i dont think your employer will go digging all the way through that. they will just lookup the phone number + email combo you give them aswell as other data which you can easily get removed from databrokers anyhow by paying a small fee to a 3rd party. I doubt they would reverse search your face. anyway if your using your main mail on the forum you deserve to be raped + i dont think they would go out of their way to contact your ISP about your activities beforehand unless its a job which requires high levels of security
