They constantly train to be ‘widened’. I realize Im actually a frame mogger when my rincage is expanded and I’m having perfect posture. Its not just the clavicles that play a role in frame but:
Swimmers all train this. They’re at their maximal postural ‘width’ 24/7, I promise u all go to a mirror and stand as straight as possible while also ‘widen your frame’ but not the autistic invisible lat syndrome way. Expand your rincage too. Your shoulder to waist ratio will be insane. Now all u gotta do is force/train ur body to learn how to maintain that perfect tier posture and train ONLY your shoulders and lats, also longhead tricep as that plays into width too.

- Scapula position & mobility
- Ribcage expansion (thoracic extension + breathing)
- Thoracic spine posture
- Joint capsules & fascia elasticity/stretching
- Tendon length & ligament health
- Postural muscle tone (upper back, neck, core)
- Shoulder muscles giving the illusion
