They constantly train to be ‘widened’. I realize Im actually a frame mogger when my rincage is expanded and I’m having perfect posture. Its not just the clavicles that play a role in frame but:
  • Scapula position & mobility
  • Ribcage expansion (thoracic extension + breathing)
  • Thoracic spine posture
  • Joint capsules & fascia elasticity/stretching
  • Tendon length & ligament health
  • Postural muscle tone (upper back, neck, core)
  • Shoulder muscles giving the illusion

Swimmers all train this. They’re at their maximal postural ‘width’ 24/7, I promise u all go to a mirror and stand as straight as possible while also ‘widen your frame’ but not the autistic invisible lat syndrome way. Expand your rincage too. Your shoulder to waist ratio will be insane. Now all u gotta do is force/train ur body to learn how to maintain that perfect tier posture and train ONLY your shoulders and lats, also longhead tricep as that plays into width too.

No they relax their bodies to make it like a whip and rigid body technique when i was in the police academy a teacher who weighed 130 pounds basically preformed a miracle we brought in a bowling ball as a joke he took it and smashed it with one blow according to my teacher over a dozen joints in the human body are used when a person makes a chopping motion in other words there are multiple cushions or shock absorbers that can distribute the force of the blow but distributing force also limits how much power you can put into a strike however if those same shock absorbers can be made more rigid then a human can become an iron ball because i weigh just about a hundered and thirty pounds i can become a hundered thirty pound iron ball so splitting something like a bowling ball is easy

And that's when Popeye looked in horror, for behind Yujiro was empty dishes, a well done steak, a spinach salad, a quart of water and a simple pasta was already eaten by the ogre. Using Popeyes own Tactic against him and improving it with a balanced diet, he became stronger than Popeye could ever hope to attain. With a flex of his back and a menacing stare, the very episode ends at the hands of Yujiro Hamna."

"And then Yujirou woke up."

He notices the IV cables plugged to his massive veins, the fluid reminding him of his bloods fiery movement not a moment earlier. One, two, three, four...three? He loses count of the vibrating wires, his head gyrating as he struggles to fight his way to conscious. A wave of white alarms him as his eyes adjust. He dismisses the concern. Surpassing his bodies demands, his feet are already walking towards the exit. He strides in storms, a rumble arising in the building mightier than any that he could punch away. Papers burn, vials shatter, with every step a new scream erupts and then...

It weakens.

The shouting of nearby security fades in as reality rushes forth.

"Did I lose?".

He stops. The Ogre finds himself confined. But not by the hospice. No structure can hold him. He is a subject of only his thoughts, and he has left himself a sermon.

"What...happend?"

As the Ogre sobers, the last signs of quaking retreat the room. Though prideful, even he cannot dismiss the truth. He braces for the costly reminder. And in an endless instant, the mightiest creature's mind zooms back to that fateful fight....

2 hours earlier, Popeyes boat. Yujirou lunges at Popeye

"Where did I go wrong..."

Popeye throws spinach at Yujirou

Yujirou is knocked unconscious

"...."

Popeye neg diffs, no spinach lol get gud

You don't need swimming to achieve the same, pick 5 lbs dumbbells and do the same movements swimmers do, 10-30 minutes a day. I used to do that when I was a teenager in order to increase my upper torso width.

In body building they used to do dumbbell pullovers to “expand the rib cage”

I'm like Baki, but I'm 13 and I'm like a little Baki, and I'm very fast and ripped like Baki. I also work out like Baki, and I have Baki's hair, muscles, abs like Baki, and arms like Baki, and like Baki, I don't get tired.
