Because there is little to no women in the trades. Anything that involves getting your hands dirty women will avoid like their plague so don’t have to break a nail.

Do you know what that means?

If women make up around 50% or more of all the workforces in the world combined and one industry only has less than 10% in the field that means you over a 40% chance of success in the trades compared to any other industry.

Think About It GIF by Identity

This industry is one of only few where the odds are stacked in favour for YOU and not against.

Women only wanted to enter the workforce to take up all the comfy office jobs and that leave more opportunity for men to take up the high paying jobs that actually mean something.

Every job that involves sitting in an office or remote work is taken up by women and chads and few scarce vacancies that are available are thrown as scraps for immigrants and studycels to fight for.

Men are made physically stronger and able to endure much more for a reason.

Take this info as you will.

right, only have to endure uncomfortable backbreaking labor while getting abused by bitter divorced boomers

not to mention, almost any injury can end your career, while even a disabled white collar worker can still function just as well

It's over if the job you're applying to has a foid HR department.

This is just a meme just to scare people lmao. The average plumber or electrician just goes to people homes or companies, installs a smart water or electric meter, fixes a few leaks, pipes or wires here and there and gets to go home at 15:00 in the afternoon if they have finished their job. And they get paid upwards of 40 a just for that. That’s not even mentioning supervisor and management positions.

True but what I forgot to mention is that those foids in HR are forced to hire men with how little to no women are in these fields. So even if you get a foid interviewing you (which is probably unlikely anyway as interviewers need to have knowledge in the field) you still have good chance of landing the job as long as you’re more qualified and competent than other men.

Don't forget the fact that the vast majority of men who work in trades do not make good money. The ones that do work more. Just lol at niggas here thinking they can just work 9:00 to 3 as plumbers/electrictians and make a lot of money. The only electricians/plumbers that make good money are those who are on call 24/7. Something happened and your power is out at 3 AM? The guy who will come fix it is the guy that makes money, not some lazy fat plumber who barely works 4 hours a day.

Also, there is a reason tradesmen make "more" money. You're supposed to save/invest some of that money so that you'll be able to actually retire because you'll have to retire earlier than most people. You can't be doing backbreaking work at 60. You CAN however do office-type work well into your 60s though.

The only tradesmen doing 60-80 a week are the ones doing it by choice. It’s a normal 9-5 like any other job if not you can even finish earlier and still get paid the same. It’s just up to you if you want to take those extra jobs or emergency call outs. At some point you can even be self employed doing you me own jobs and choose the hours you want to work

Literally a myth. There’s a labour shortage in trades. Companies are paying a lot of money just to get tradesmen in the door. Just look at these statistics.

But you literally can work from 9 to 3 and make a lot of money. Companies/people are paying you based on the difficulty/scale of the job not how many hours your doing unlike office cagies that are forced to stay until 5. If anything companies/people WANT you to finish early so they can resume their on work/lifes as quickly as possible and not have to pay any more money on the job.

I would rather retire earlier than be stuck as a wageslave well into my 60’s. “Backbreaking work” lol. Warehouse work is more backbreaking than the average trade and people are doing that for pennies. And if you’re using your tools correctly, following the lifting techniques and wearing the correct PPE you’ll be fine. It’s the idiots doing jobs without following the relevant procedures that give it a bad name.

manual labour like construction is very good aswell.

It all depends on the industry and the specific job. I was in cyber security and it was 77 percent male. Then as a cyber security engineer it became 84% male and if you became a cyber security blockchain engineer it's 94% male.

The trades are great because you get paid for training and a guaranteed job. The pay varies but most jobs hover around the average. With this average or slightly above average salary you would need to be a slave wager for 30 to 40 years. The odds that you make it that long without your body breaking down and causing you to lose your job or jobs for a short period of time or permanently is less than 60%. This depends on the specific job as an electrician should be easier on the body.

I am pro trades but recommend a natural progression into an office job making your position more highly paid so you can retire faster, more skilled or a high value asset so it's harder to fire you and do it in a field that still has less female and or minority competition.

My personal example is I became a laptop technician at 15 making about the average American wage and it is 80 male, joined the military direct commission at 21. Got out and became a cyber security analyst after completing some certifications. It was an 80k a year job to start and 77% male. Then I gained more certifications and became a cyber security engineer in 2014 at 110k a year and 84% male. Then a senior cyber security engineer in 2018 then retired in 2021. I had worked full time for only 13 years or so. I did breakdown physically due to the military service

Another example could be you become an automotive mechanic at 16 and graduate at 16 with a diploma and associates. You work this job part time while you go to college and become an automotive engineer. Now if you become a mechanic and just make minimum wage as a part time that's ok, you are young, you can handle the physical labor and you have the experience of knowing how the car works and can assemble or disassemble a car by hand.

After obtaining your b.s. in engineer the. Land a job as an engineer for a car manufacturer. The males in this role is 90%. Your salary goes from minimum wage to 100k per year. Then obtain a masters degree while working full time and eventually become a senior Engineer in 3 years making 140k per year.

Then you can take certifications on AI machine learning and land a machine learning job in the automotive industry. The salary should be around 150k to 200k to start and closer to 250k to 300l once you gain a senior position. The set back is there's only 77% males. However your background, skills, medications, experience basically blows everyone else out of water.

Now you can always fall back on previous skills and experience to become an engineer or auto mechanic. To maintain your skills you could be doing some of those things part time for friends or family or as a side business in case you fail to get your own job which should an issue at all.

But I the end, the money you make with this path can retire you in less than 20 years worse case scenario instead of 40 years as an auto mechanic. You will have a major advantage in that you can fall back on your Engineering and mechanic skills but the experience also gives you an edge for an AI learning job.

That's not good money lmao. That's barely average. BARELY.

Well yeah, you "can" work from 9 to 3. Just be prepared to live just slightly better off than a MacDonald's employee.

You'll retire early because you'll be dead by the time you reach 60 either because of a work accident (muh just follow precautions)or because men who work in trades generally don't manage money very well. I doubt you'd be able to save the "extra" money you're getting to afford retiring. Also just lmao at thinking sitting around 24/7 watching porn and living "muh retired life" is a good goal. Because that's what every retired man I know does and it's depressing as fuck.
