The reason many of us (including myself) are “quiet” or “shy” especially in large groups is because:

1.) We have limited social skills and simply don’t know what to say

2.) We don’t find the things normies talk about very interesting and/or normies don’t care about the things we find interesting

AND FINALLY THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON:
3.) We have 0 confidence due to previous social encounters having gone wrong. I remember up until I gained some muscle, whenever I was in a group setting I was excluded, talked over and interrupted. Not by chads, but usually by normies to below average normies.

Even when I was talking to someone one on one it’s happened where they just straight up started doing something else while I was talking and didn’t pay attention. Nowadays even tho girls compliment me and I have a better body than 99% of guys, I’m still quiet and never really bother to open up to others or really talk about myself since I assume nobody gives a shit.

Sad reality. I hope with time this can be improved upon

Read books, random knowledge will come in handy. Also reading daily improves writing and speaking.

Yeah as if normies give a fuck about things like that😂

The reason I'm quiet is because I get bullied and called ugly every time I opened my mouth. I have perfectly normal conversations with my family members, people I pay (doctors, barbers, etc), video game voice chat, and Discord.

You’re quiet cuz you instantly get slapped down and shut up (e.g. interrupted, insulted, made fun of, excluded) the moment you open your mouth before you utter a phoneme.

Ugly people are practically banned from speaking in normal social settings.

I am quiet because I never have anything to say and add to the conversation, legit can’t think of anything to say

It's your fear of a more larger, more powerful masculine male humiliating you. It's a protection to avoid conflict.

If you've experienced bullying for being small, short, low muscle, low masculinity from ages 16-21, you naturally become less vocal in a group containing a masculine male like Oleksandr Usyk or Tyson Fury.
