I have noticed that majority of people born before 1990 are just much more happier in general. I always wondered how my father can just sit in his room and just relax his head without social media or how he is never depressed. Same goes for a big part of older guys, they just enjoy simple things in life. The reason for all of this is that we zoomers have fried neurotransmitters from mainly porn and too much gaming in adolescence. These two things are the biggest evils in mankind. NoFap is cope tho, just stop watching porn to recover some dopamine
