I hear so many people say “I can do 1-5 pull ups, and I just can’t get more than that” or a variation of that sentence.
95% of people got muscle imbalances. Most people who go to the gym regularly and have done so for a long period of time got strong enough back muscles to do several pull ups. The problem is their grip strength. The hands give out before the back ever gets tired.
If you got a similar issue work on your grip strength. So your forearms and subsequently your hands give out around the same time your back and the rest of your arms do. All of your lifts are gonna explode.
