You need to be standing up without effort for at least 2-3 hours a day.

The reason men can't get boners and have libido nowadays is cause they spend all day sitting on their ass.

I've been getting better and better erections simply from being on my feet all day.

There is no chemical or stupid half hour exercise that is going to cure your erectile dysfunction.

The real cure is going back to your wild side, staying and working on your feet and getting stronger.

As men, we dont get boners to put it in and feel the pussy. We get boners to feel strong and it just feels good when u do that inside a girl (and hopefully she feels good too)

I do now, SARMs kinda killed my erections but with cialis either way it’s better, it isn’t bad for you at all.

u have energy to gym after you worked construction ?

I worked construction in CA for over 2 years before the pandemic and never met a dude who went to the gym for that exact reason

I'm an outlier, only because looks and money are my two main reasons for living atm so I try do both as much as possible; last year I was doing the same but actively trying to get my mma career running smoothly, have had 4 fights and won all 4 but I decided to quit, now I just roll around at open mat on saturday mornings and train a mate in kickboxing every now and then, but trust me, 4+ days a week of MMA, 10 hour + days of work and 3 days of gym per week was completely fucking me.
Now it's easier, tbh I just socialise and pump chase at the gym, I'm quite well regarded so going this is always a good egoi boost anyway.

ahh I see. I can relate. Im in college now with a 1,5 years to go I might jump back into it (unlikely but still an option)
