india has crazy genetic diversity, so traits like good skin, facial harmony, or symmetrical features arenβt evenly spread. a few get the jackpot mix, most donβt.
caste system + marrying within caste led to some groups having more attractive features, others ended up with more average or mismatched traits.
skin issues are common because of sun exposure, pollution, and uneven melanin distribution. only a few have that glowing, even skin naturally.
a lot of people grow up with poor nutrition, which affects bone structure, height, and hormonesβso only people from better-off families or healthier backgrounds really glow.
hormonal problems like pcos and thyroid issues are super common, which mess with weight, skin, and femininity.
rural areas donβt have access to good skincare or grooming, so even naturally good looking might not stand out.
self-care isnβt a big thing everywhereβsome girls just donβt know how to dress or carry themselves in a way that enhances their looks.
some ethnic groups have sharper or more masculine features due to genetics, while others (like certain north indian or mixed backgrounds) look softer or more classically pretty.
BUT, once indians get good enough genes + born into a rich family that's when indian genes truly shine.
some indians have really good genes its just that most of them dont care about looks
plus its very easy for indians to get back their genes which was fucked up due to the age of farming
-nutrient-dense food (organs, dairy, meat, raw honey, fruit)
-sunlight
-proper breathing/posture (mewing, nasal breathing)
-stress regulation
can help "uncuck" the gene expression over time.
this is what happens when you meet all the good criteria's :
honestly, in my opinion the indians with inherited the good genetics mog EVERYONE, and are the best looking!
