Lived like a neet wasted the little height opportunity I had gained 30 pounds acne just lived in the worst way possible. I realize now suffering is often not optional we all suffer.
Fat people suffer in shape people suffer rich poor etc. But its your choice if the suffering will lead to any good or not. Alcoholics still suffer they just delay it with the bottle to the next day with compounding interest. If you are inevitable going to suffer and be in pain why not at least get some good out of it? You cannot escape pain with quick pleasure pain is a stronger force and will always beat it. Life will always have more suffering then happiness but you can choose for it to be worthwhile
I'm only 20 I learned my lesson living like this is no better then death make up your mind either die or live a life worth living I've made my choice if I am going to stay alive might as well try to have a good life. The drugs porn rotting are all long term forms of suicide do not live like this unless you intend to die for real all these paths lead to suicide you are collecting spiritual debt and when the bill comes you will be forced to commit suicide there is no delaying suffering long term
