i know that he'll do genio + slight advancement of both jaws and a slight ccw rotation. If your surgeon gives you exact movements before the surgery it's cope anyways, jawsurgeons change the plan during the surgery atleast 70% most of the time. If he'll tell you "you'll get 12mm advancement" you can get 8mm or maybe 13mm in the end

hes not doing a splint... at first i was very sceptical about him, he only uploaded mini ascensions on his page, or subhumans (1/10) going to 5/10 but not any 5/10 going to 6.5 or 7, but as i dove deeper i connected with many people that got surgery from him and they had very great mtb to htb ascensions, i really like his BSSO cutting technique (Obwegeser Epker split), and he knew exactly what i needed and which aesthetic problems i had when we talked (he diagnosed short face syndrome, weak rounded chin and a horizontal maxilliary assymetry...) he's not the best option for aesthetics, raffaini sailer etc. would be better but i'm 17 and flying to italy during my A levels is not an option...
Do you think this sounds like ascension or shouldnt i expect too much

There's actually just 5 bad stories about him, considering he performs 400 bimax surgerys a year for 35 years now... In my opinion the ascensions on his page aren't even that good, most people with good ascensions from him don't allow him to upload the results... but we'll see how he'll ascend me (i'm higher iq than most of his patients and i want an aesthetic result)
