yes I know its not a legal disclaimer its to abide to the forums rules piss off.
But I do not condone repfarming or mass tagging. the contents of this guide are simply to help others understand what people are more likely to rep, and what they do with that information is completely up to them. I am not responsible for any actions taken because of this thread nor any repercussions that the user may face.

INTRODUCTION:
I've been wanted to make a thread like this for a while, but my post:rep is finally good enough so people won't completely DNR me. This guide will cover all methods I used to grow my post to rep from this
to THIS
Now, of course this is still a work in progress, but I would say its still drastic improvement that early anyone could achieve. I believe that I could nearly have a 1:10 ratio if I started as a new account. Now lets begin the guide.

Now, of course this is still a work in progress, but I would say its still drastic improvement that early anyone could achieve. I believe that I could nearly have a 1:10 ratio if I started as a new account. Now lets begin the guide.
Now this is a very effective method to fix a fucked post:rep, i would say out of all things that I used to grow my reputation, this was the most effective way to do so.
There is a couple important rules here
1. Low effort>no effort
Of course you can't gain significant rep if your post is STRAIGHT bullshit, zero effort. The goal here is to put low-mild effort into something that fits all the information you needed, just summarized and readable. For example this is an example of a bad shitpost, random ramblings, no real structure, pure water. This is reflected in the 3 rep it received. Now THIS is an example of a good shitpost, and it's reflected in the 17 rep that I received from it.
2. Add an intriguing prompt
Add something that would make users reply to your thread, maybe it be engagementbait, a question or whatever, just make it so users want to reply to it.
3. Tag your friends
This may sound simple, but make sure not to tag too many people in low effort posts, or it could be marked as shitposting. You can also make a group of your friends to send the thread to, but make sure not to ask for them to rep it because that's repfarming, witch we all know is bad and against the rules. Your only sending it to them so they see it, not rep it.
4. Get vip
I've noticed an increase in the performance of my threads ever since @lol gifted me vip. Or you need a bunch of posts, the goal is to have a cool colored name because people are more likely to rep 30,000 post chads than 12 post greys.

Now obviously high effort posts/guides will give you more rep than shitposts, but they take a while to write. If you want to take the time to do this, you can easily get 10-30 rep per thread. But yeah here's how to squeeze out as much rep as possible in your guides.
1. Tag a shit ton of people
You can get away with tagging wayyy more people in high effort posts just because you put in effort. I usually tag ~20 people when I make a high effort post, and am yet to get a warning for it. The amount of people you can tag goes up with your effort, so the sky is the limit.
2. Make sure you have a readable format
This includes, but is not limited to: Fun colors, spoiler boxes, changes in font sizes, ect...
3. Don't post water threads
I've seen so many greys post decent threads about shit that has already been covered 1000 times and wonder why it gets no engagement. If the topic your speaking of is on TikTok, its probably water and doesn't deserve another thread.
4. Add a TL;DR
So many people have the attention spans of goldfish, and adding a quick 1-2 sentence summary to the end of your thread can be so useful.
5. Make sure people would care to read your thread
This may seem obvious, but I've seen whole guides dedicated to some random softmaxx that doesn't really do anything, therefore the thread is kinda useless.

If you need to work on your post:rep, you need to be most active in offtopic. Most people who would actually rep you spend their days in offtopic, because no known user here actually uses the site for only looksmaxxing, this site is mainly here for the community tbh. If you want to make "good" posts in offtopic, just look at what threads have a bunch of replies and post something similar, kinda like copying somebody's homework but changing a few things to make it unique to you.
These aren't the most effective way to gain a bunch of rep, but they are always a viable option because posting on a profile doesn't increase your post count, but any rep you receive WILL count. Have conversations on someones profile for free rep.
As the name suggests, you can just rely on other peoples threads for a bunch of rep. The way you do this is by sniping a good thread right as its posted, commenting DNR or some shit to get first reply, and then change it accordingly. This way when the thread gets popular everyone will see your response first, and you'll get a bunch of rep from it. Go to any BOTB thread and see for yourself.
Now this one is plain obvious, but you greys can't seem to get this through your skulls, and it goes to show in your shitty ratio. REP SOMEONE BEFORE REPLYING TO THEM. I LITERALLY REP ANYONE BACK EVEN IF YOUR TALKING SHIT ABOUT ME. IT IS FORUM ETIQUETTE TO REP PEOPLE NORMALLY. Now I'm not asking of you to rep my thread, but explaining how people will likely treat you if you rep them first or back.
Of course, you need to make friends to get a good ratio. This is because if they see your post randomly, they will probably rep it. This can add up long term. Additionally if you tag friends who reply to your threads, it can act as a free bump. If your friend is active when your asleep and they see you tagged them after you fall asleep, and reply to your thread it can be a free bump that makes your post active again, therefore getting more rep.
Now this is simple, don't tag too many people and don't have beef with mods. If a mod that doesn't like you sees your shitpost with a couple friends tagged, then they will go out of their way to give you a warning and be extra strict. Don't beef with mods, and they are all generally cool too, so it shouldn't be that hard.
Rep others, tag your friends, and put some effort into your posts. I believe in every one of you.
