Still far from being 10% bodyfat but I’m getting there.

If you’re over 15% bodyfat and don’t leanmaxx+ train you’re a clown and deserve to remain subhuman.

Thank you but to be honest I’m a serious lifter it’s just that I gave up gymcelling for 6 months after the end of my last relationship.

Muscle memory is real and I’m the living proof that yes you can lose fat and gain muscles at the same time.

Initially I bulked up from November 2021 to May 2022 : Went to the gym 6x times/week and hit every group muscles twice. So around 6 months.

Then my ex broke up in June and I gave up gymaxxing from then to December with a terrible diet which consisted of pastries, fast food and other junk food.

i had a really similar situation but i lost tons of weight and gains and im just getting back to it

Took 3 months but the best progress were made in the last 4 weeks when I started doing cardio more seriously.

I try to hit the gym 6x/week : PPL Twice and it works well for me, you have to put your back into it and get both volume and intensity to see potent results.

Keep in mind that I was not a total newbie : I was just detrained hence why I managed to gain so much is such a short time while losing fat at the same.

For those asking : 100% natty, I have BBC western Africa genetics so no need to jab my butt like a low test faggot, stay away from PEDs.

Probably around 16-17% : I have visible abs but I still carry a lot of fat in the love handles and in my quads. I reckon I should be able to hover around 12% in another 2 months of serious efforts.

Yea I just got dexad and am 17.5 but I have less muscle mass than you so I’m much closer to seeing abs

Abs don't tell the whole truth, I had them even at 20%.

It's just that I train my abs seriously (i.e with weight and resistance training) so they're quite big but don't be fooled by them.I'm still far from ideal, I still have no striations nor visible lower stomach veins.
