Recently I’ve changed my opinions on foods and I’d like to share them.
Firstly the base of a diet should always be
Raw 100% pasture raised free range fresh red muscle meat
Raw farmed high quality fresh sea food
Raw 100% pasture raised free range unrefrigerated fresh egg yolk
Next, you may supplement with whichever red meat organ you are craving (your body will tell you what you need) no need to over do any organ specifically. Each organ should be had at a ratio of 1/10 (organ to muscle consumed)

Diary should be consumed heavily by teens. The conditions listed for the red meat apply for the cows or goats the milk comes from. However the cow must be A2

Now lastly a more debated topic. Talks of eating 1-2kg of white sugar has been popularised by loox ie @androgenic . At first I assumed that it was a stupid idea. I knew that sugar isn’t the demon it’s made out to be however i thought that it wouldn’t be ideal as a carb source
However I was mistaken.
Ideally a large portion of the year (10~ months) should be spent eating large quantities of sugar from fruit and honey. Split into 3-4 month bulks where you gain weight then spend a month “cutting” and going back to milk, eggs and meat to recalibrate your body. The rest of the year (2 months) should be spent doing a longer cut to completely return to the lean state during the beginning of the year
The combination of 2-3 litters of milk, 1kg~ of meat, 1kg of honey+fruit, a dozen~ eggs is surely to assist in growth during puberty (12-21) however after this period ends I recommend a decrease in milk and sugar leading to decreasing the “bulking” period from 10 months to 8
