I have always been against democracy since I was like 13 anyways, but up until recently I never really thought about not giving women voting rights or not hiring women and thought these were outdated concepts. I just thought there are smart and stupid people, both men and women.

probably also, because I had always been surrounded by fairly academically successful women when I was younger, even now I know a bunch of girls who are studying law or medicine and they are fairly feminine, not the super masculine career women redpillers make you want to believe.

Then again, excelling academically doesn't mean you decide in which direction a society should go. a lot of book-smart people out there, who have little actual life experience.

I came to the conclusion that they are closer to children than to men and it's best to expect similar behaviour and treat them as such. Ironically, despite all the calls for equality that is how they are being treated by society anyways. Always being cared for, always being cheered on, always being listened to, not even expecting them to take accountability.

The children analogy also explains why they are unhappy with their own decisions. A kid/woman wants to eat the whole jar of sweets aka "wants to be equal / treated like a men/"away with traditional gender roles", you tell them that they can get some sweets, but not the entire jar aka "women can get a driver's license" as compromise, but the father should still be the head of the household and in general gender roles should be held up, because otherwise his stomach will hurt/society and as a consequence women will suffer more . They then start crying/saying they are oppressed by the patriarchy. Eventually you give in to the crying and do what they wished for. As expected the kid's stomach hurts/women are now unhappier than ever before.
