Watching college football and the NFL and seeing all the rookies with extremely poor bone development and shit body fat distribution is eye opening.

Just a couple decades ago it seemed every NFL player looked like a monster compared to the average man, but now they look like regular guys. Just another boneless baby face guy.

Even some of the most masculine looking guys are nothing compared to the old school guys like Pat Tillman.

in rugby I feel the players have now stopped getting bigger and are if anything getting a bit smaller, players like Capuzzo would not be playing 10 years ago for example

now I think about it there was Shane Williams but he was a gigamanlet and outlier
