Do you have activated charcoal? No clue if it’ll help at all (probably won’t) but maybe take that and see if it helps your stomach.

It might help you at worst it won’t do anything. I used to take activated charcoal too.

Also used to eat diatomaceous earth but that’s a really obscure and kinda controversial one.
