I've never seen anyone talk about this in a more streamlined fashion, so I'll outline what I mean here

The theory goes like this: Things or features that are normally seen as a handicap or a disadvantage, become features that halo once the base looks is past a certain level.

  • Zurzolo without scleral show wouldn't have been an hearthrob(atleast not this big), although scleral show below htn just makes you look tired and ugly
  • Saafir is imo 5.5 psl but he orders chicks to his house like Pizza because of light brown skin and coloured eyes, Brown skin being normally a failo. Also why Salludon outperformed white chad in NYC. I call this the Schrodinger's shitskin.
  • Ballou, James dean, Hexum don't have PCT but this doesnt hurt them. In the case of ballou his domineering eyebrows would make PCT look alien, James Dean looks more cool biker archetype because of Neutral canthal.
  • A tamer example: Long hair when you have good bones balances your features, makes you look both high T and softer at the same time improving how pleasantly you are percieved, while long hair( really long I mean) with low dimorphism makes you look like a cuck.

The reason for this is obvious, slight deviation from symmetry makes us look twice. Even in music and art we as a species have been moving away from the romantic/Platonic ideal of symmetry towards stuff like realism and brutalism. Death spell omega / Penderecki / Coltrane / Bela tarr/ late string quartets / Bosch / Caravaggio / Kubrick are a few examples

Still for most people this doesn't apply

it's basically striking looks theory
in good looks very important are "averageness" (in biological sense) of features, which is marker for proper development, but at certain level of looks you need a non-average feature to make your face striking and memorable - like features you gave, or like big nose, non-optimal canthal tilt etc
people who have "perfect" faces but without striking or unique features - highest level of "averageness" - are what normies call "boring looks"

this is very true...you'll find girls supporting and vouching for the one negative trait just because the chad in question is mogger with everything else

Perfect guide for anyone pursuing art wanting to be accompanied by a memorable persona, let's say an actor that wants to stand out and be characteristic. For example for me I am blond with brown eyes and a very unique phenotypical expression, this looks like genetic mishap in my current state, but once I reach the upper echelons of physical attractiveness having that rare coloring and phenotypical expression will make me stand out from the boring chadlites, it's memorable and one of a kind. Legit theory tbh.
