Is there some underground secret that chads doesn't want you to know about??
I follow some chads with long hair in snapchat and they get haircuts every 2 weeks or so, they're hair still long but i think they got it trimed ? How that works?

I asked some normies with healthy long hair and they answerd with "genes", is it really genes.... or there's some underground secret of taking care of hair?

I even use hairmasks and follow wierd ass guides for hair but my hair still doesn't looks good and healthy.

i tried getting it it trimmed after getting depressed and it was looking better for 3 days but my hair was shorter by 2 or 3 inches, how can my hair get longer if i keep trimming shorter?

What is the secret of long hair ? Is it genes....?

I just saw a guy with a bad medium-long hair
His back hair was going horizontally inestead of vertically, it looked bad, it was over for him but he didn't realise it......

Chad genetics

you need to tie your hair all the time, long hairs shouldn't be free to move around. you only untie when going to parties etc. your head skin should never get oily, it needs air and if covered in oil it can't breath.
also it's mostly genetics.

no hair for not chad’s face

It's because the first guys are receding and don't have the hair density of the others guys who aren't + better hair care
If you look towards the back of the first 2 pics you posted they actually look alright in terms of hair, they're fronts look like shit cause they are losing hair and growing it long to compensate for recession

Regular trim help contain split ends, but they don't really do much.

The real secret is... genetics, yes. But also effort and knowledge.

Knowledge about how to wash your hair, dry your hair, style your hair without damaging it. About which products are good for your specific hair and which should be avoided; how often your hair needs washing, knowing about habits that damage hair and habits that make hair healthy and shiny.
Keep in mind most women are taught how to take care of their hair by their mothers, and have been experimenting and understanding their hair since age 6. Most men who grow their hair long start growing it at around 20 and have no fucking idea how to take care of it after 20 years of washing it daily with shampoo, and rubbing it dry after the shower.

Effort is about how meticulously careful you are with your hair and how much time you're willing to devote to it: researching, reading, experimenting, spending money.

Trust me my hair looked like shit when I first grew it out. But in time, I tried different products and routines and it now looks healthy and nice. This guy https://www.youtube.com/@TravWhiteStyle has a lot of great guides on how to take care of your hair and avoid frizz.

If I were to give you ONE piece of advice, though... don't use an air dryer. Buy a microfiber towel, wash your hair, gently dry it until it's just slightly damp, and then wrap it in the towel. Remove after 3 hours and you'll notice how shiny and good it looks - leaving your hair wet and/or subjecting it to heat is very damaging.

I haven't had long hair in a decade but all I did was shampoo it with all purpose daily and neglect the fuck out of it by wearing it in a half-assed ponytail, not sure if it constitutes as good enough to be giving advise about it.
