Everyone is different so results can vary. You might not notice much but most people do see some change. Also this is not medical advice and might not be totally risk free for everyone.
- What is Nose Compression?
Imagine Inhaling as hard as you can through your nose naturally this will reduce your nose size for the time period you are inhaling and that's what we want to achieve.
Think of it like the nasalis muscle acts like a compressor for your nose when activated it pulls the sides inward and tightens the nasal area.
You can learn to control this movement consciously by training your brain and the Nasalis muscle which is located in your nose.

You will basically"flex" muscle which squeezes and narrows your nose.
Unintentionally you can also "flex" the Procerus muscle located between your eyebrows It can be involved when you pull the nose skin inwards.
Also this process doesn't change your cartilage bone.

- How to train your Nasalis Muscle
First thing you should know that this will take patience and time, approximately around 3-4weeks of training.
In every exercise I recommend looking in the mirror.
Nose Wrinkle: Try to scrunch or wrinkle your nose skin upwards as if sniffing really strong repeat 10-20 times. here is an example
Nostril Flare: Attempt to flare or narrow your nostrils compressing them inward, imagine pinching your nose with the muscle or sniffing deeply repeat 10-20 times.
Nose Lengthen:Try to move your nostrils down without wrinkling your brows or moving your lips.
You should do these sessions 3-6times per day for about 10 minutes.
- Tips for Mastery
After this you should now have complete control over your Nasalis muscle but you will still look like a clown doing it that's where most people give up.
You need to practice it I recommend recording yourself while Nose Compressing or looking in the mirror, try relaxing every other muscle in your face.
After a while people will start asking you if you got a nose job and that's how you know you are doing it correctly.
- Risk-Free
Many people think that "flexing" your nose muscles will activate hypertrophy making muscle on your nose grow thus making your nose wider.
There are no studies that show that facial muscle exercises cause muscle hypertrophy these are small facial muscles and hypertrophy is unlikely.
It can't change your nose structure permanently making it risk-free fraud.
- What if I don’t see any results?
This method works best for people with wider noses if you don’t notice a difference it might just mean your nose isn’t wide enough.
- Conclusion
This is still a fraud so you wont be able to do it 24/7 but over time u will do it unintentionally but it wont be as significant as doing it conscious.
I mainly made this guide for people who can't afford or aren't old enough to do a rhinoplasty.
I've been searching for nose reduction soft-maxes but I haven't found any that are reliable so I decided to make my own.
How I discovered it my friends were making funny faces with the nose they looked like clowns really, but then I said to myself wait a minute.
This is a good fraud so I practiced it over and over until i mastered it, I didn't find any threads on it so i decided to make my own thread.
