I am not sure tbh but I dont eat for like a 12-16 hours period?

I used to two or one meal a day as a child. During Primary school cuz I'd always lose money or some other shit sso I could only drink tea in the morning at home, hold hunger till 2 and eat at home and another meal at 6-8. Sometimes I'd skip that 2 clock meal...
