Day 4 rn. Feeling more irritable and anxious than I normally do. Haven't had a single sexual thought the entire time. I'm going to keep pushing through though I know this shit will be worth it. My dopamine feels slightly higher too like I can sit though a youtube video and not skip though it.

I feel like my emotions start to come back stronger the longer I do it. Especially past day 14 I get a huge energy boost. once made it to 60 days and was in a fantastic mood, food tasted better, everything was interesting, was actually motivated to do shit and not just sit in my room all day, etc. But I ended up relapsing because a really stressful life event. I agree that it is very hard though which is why I've never reached that streak again yet.
