To prevent genetic descension of our human species, the governments around the world has to activate ultimate catastrophe avoidance (UCA).

UCA means:

1. Only the fittest minority of superior genetics are allowed rights to reproduce. This law will be implemented through "reproduction licenses" granted to the privileged few. This will reduce the population of unfitness, and the world's total population too. A 2-in-1 solution to the genetic and environmental questions.
2. Beauty will be classified as a sign of good health, and severe ugliness will be treated with medicine and surgeries alike to other illnesses. This UCA program will be prevent alienation of the remaining unfit people, and thereby avoid resistance to the change we most desperately need.
