The Table of contents is ai, but everything else is written by me.

I - How Weed Works in the Body
The THC and CBD bind to our cannabinoid receptors (CB1 in our brain and CB2 in our immune system). This alters our neurotransmitter release, which usually affects our mood, pain tolerance, appetite, memory, and perception. However, most people usually just have a change in mood and potentially appetite. Of course, different people react differently. The effects of weed on your body can start in a few minutes depending on the form. Smoked TYPICALLY starts in minutes, whereas edibles can take hours.
II - Common Side Effects
There are obvious side effects, like red eyes or cottonmouth. Even things like anxiety etc. However, these are usually short term side effects. I want to focus on long term side effects, as a majority of you reading this likely already either donât experience many of the short term sides or learned how to manage them.
Long term sides include dependency, respiratory issues if smoking, and motivation loss. That last one is rarer, but is still possible if used long term.
III - Long VS Short Term Effects
This puts the long and short term side effects in different groups, so you know what you want to be worried about. Keep in mind, both in this section and the last one, there are other potential effects and side effects not talked about.
Short term:
A Euphoric feeling
Relaxation
Altered senses
Hunger
Impaired coordination and memory
Long term:
A higher tolerance
Addiction (usually not physical)
Cognitive Decline
Lung irritation
Other mental health risks
IIII - Counteracting the side effects
Cottonmouth is obviously relatively easy to fix. Just drink water. The red eye issue is also usually solved by eye drops, however, some are unsafe potentially and can harm you, which is why I would not reccomend it. However, i donât reccomend anything I am writing about. I donât even smoke, so you probably shouldnât either.
CBD alone usually fixes anxiety and being paranoid, however, of course, this is not a sure fire way of fixing it. Food can obviously fix appetite.
The only natural way to fix cognitive fog is giving it time, however, in theory using things like adamax, semax etc could potentially help.
To fix gut, in theory BPC157 could help. Selank could probably help with anxiety.
V - Dosage, Strains, and Methods of Consumption
I lowkey had AI write my table of contents. Idk about dosage tbh, from what iâve heard just start low so you donât green out. In terms of strains i donât know any of the like advanced ones, but I know indica, sativa, and hybrid.
Indica - Meant to make you feel more relaxed
Sativa - Meant to make you feel more energized
Hybrid - A mix of indica and sativa
Methods of consuming weed:
Smoking, vaping, edibles, drinks
VI - Other Risks
If u have weed while your pregnant your kid can be fucked up so donât be pregnant or anything and smoke
you probably wonât be pregnant but you never know
Also if mixed with other meds there are other risks and different possible feelings that can happen
VII - Legality and Safety
In the USA, the legality of it varies.
It is legal recreationally in 24 states and DC.
It is legal medically in more states.
It is illegal in all other states and most countries.
Only buy tested ones and buy it from an actual dispensary. Of course donât buy it at all. But thatâs the safest way to. Store it well and buy it legally for the least issues. Iâm not gonna tell you to buy it if you canât legally
VIII - Alternatives
I could be wrong, but I believe CBD is safer. I donât know if it gives the same effect though.
Vaporizers are typically safer, and avoid cheap dispo carts. Edibles are also usually safer for your lungs.
Always be sure to use tolerance breaks.
Conclusion:
You should rep me. Also I donât smoke weed or even use it so do your own research. I researched for this, but I donât necessarily have the âcredentialsâ since I donât actively use za.
