Why its so important
The upper third is not just your forehead. It includes your hairline temple fullness brow area and everything that surrounds your eyes. It gives way for the rest of your face. Your eyes are naturally the main point of your face and the upper third determines how much attention they receive. A good hairline gives the face structure. Full temples prevent the face from looking narrow. A balanced forehead keeps everything proportional. When all of these things come together your eyes naturally stand out more.
Example:
For this example I'm gonna be using 2 different models with similar facial bone mass
Lucky blue smith
Nick Truelove
The Difference
While these 2 guys have nearly the same amount of facial bonemass. Im sure you noticed who looks more robust. Something you also realize is the corners of the hairline. Trueloves corners are much closer than luckys and it gives off the illusion that he's more robust than he actually is.
This is lucky with the corners of his forehead covered and in this image he looks much more robust than he does in the others.

I didnt go into depth about forehead height cause that shit is water but heres something else thats often overlooked.
