The size of the upper palate

The story begins with the fact that I had braces at the age of 14. At that time, I was not yet interested in the size of the upper palate of the jaw, but just wanted to make even teeth. I took them off about a year ago, and now I'm 16 years and 9 months old.
A month ago, I started to get interested in the size of the upper palate, which is adequate for men, and measured my own.
The size of the upper palate from canine to canine was 35 millimeters. I'm wondering if it's worth going to the orthodontist again and dealing with this moment, as I've heard you'll have to push your teeth apart again. But I have a smooth bite.
What should I do?

Thanks. What I have to say to the orthodontist.
Say to him that you want to widen upper arch of the teeth, but that you are aware that the lower arch is the limiting factor. So then you ask is it possible in some way to make lower arch more wide by tilting the teeth up straight so I can widen my upper arch and still have a good occlusion.
Ofc its worth it but you sound like you need more research on the topic first

Google it (mark as solution)
Here the question is whether it is really worth bothering, whether there are installations in which you do not have to put braces on again, because the teeth and bite are already even. Will the upper palate grow in width from the age of 16, based on the size between the canines

expander or autistic thumbpulling

will i have to wear braces again after the expander?
there will be a gap between your front two incisors. some people leave it as it is as the gap will close over a long period of time, but others for example myself get braces to help close it.

Okay, thanks. I'm going to the orthodontist. Is it OK to put braces on again? And how much should the size of the upper palate between the fours normally be, I was told from 4 cm

4cm is good, but it's more about ratio than just width of the palate. 2 people could both have a 40mm intermolar width but one of them could have a head that's longer. That guy has a bigger head and is probably taller, so 45mm might be best for him. But 4cm is perfectly fine and average generally. And yes putting braces on again is fine, but maybe it is not neccesary as you said your bite is fine. In my case my bite wasnt the best which is why i got braces to correct it and the gap left by the expander at the same time.

never, make sure to maintain good posture and mewing while with palate so you don't end up like zackrawr

Inter molar width is kinda useless, you need to expand upper maxilla, some faggots just cant their teeth and their maxilla is still narrow. Good for a wide smile but overall doesn't improve shit because smile if you have at least 8+ teeth show is cope

I have 3.5 cm now, not 4. That's why I was thinking of getting to this average. I have my doubts about thumbpulling and I don't believe in it. Therefore, it's better to install an expander.

Plz don't listen to retards about inter molar width, look how wide your maxilla is in bone above the teeth, some faggots have teeth's that are not straight up but the cant..many MSE fags you just cant the teeth which is bad for the roots of the teeth's as they will die with age and it will relapse over time as the teeth will go back to more straight automatically, depending on your age and suture strength and bone density etc you may be able to get a few mm of real maxilla bone expansion( also zygo widening) be care ful tho if you expand to much anteriorly you will recess the the maxilla som as the tooth will fall back to close the gap.

your upper arch is already wide enough for lower arch. If you don't make the lower teeth wider( might be possible if they are canted inwards because of brace earlier). Then you will just rip your bite and it will be worse for your aesthetics then your slightly narrow maxilla you have now

Should I still go to the orthodontist about this? What should I really do?

Okay, thanks a lot, I'll mark you as a solution, I hope I succeed.

It's eazy to create some kind of bad bite, and bad occlusions are more harmful then anything for facial structure
And another thing is that when my tongue is on the roof of my mouth, it doesn't seem to have enough space and it makes my face look asymmetrical.

The space seem decent but yes their could always be more room. How are your forward growth ? Because tongue needs space both in length and in width also depending on your invidual size of your tongue.

Maybe not the best forward growth but not that recessed, and you are still young so can become better with time. But if you mew with your neck straight, can you breath normally while having your tongue on top of the palate, if your tongue is long enough and your forward growth is not good enough then you will not be able to breath when you mew properly because the tongue will be so long it will take up space in the airway. And you need to tilt the head up to make space in the airway which creates bad posture and neck problems down the line

How can I make this growth better?

I mean having good posture and good bite is key, then you just pray. Sleep well, don't be on your phone or game to much with shit posture, train high intensity(jumps and sprint), eat carnivore diet, maybe use hgh or sum shit.

hgh is illegal in our country. But thanks for the advice, I try to stick to them. Are there any practices/exercises worth trying?

Sphenoid posture exercises as that is the backbone to your face litteraly and is connected with posture.

I mean google it, I don't know. It's s new thing
Understood. Well, I made an appointment with an orthodontist this week, over the weekend. Merry Christmas to you by the way. I will write to this topic after the weekend, which I have agreed with the orthodontist.

Good luck, try to learn as much as you can yourself because orthos usually are brain dead when it comes to create better looks and function.

I went to the orthodontist. She said that your upper palate matches your lower palate and your bite is perfect. I do not know what to do, go to another orthodontist? I have a really small jaw and a small upper palate.

I mean it does but you want to expand it for functional and aesthetic reasons, go to another blackpilled Ortho that does some kind of expansion

how to find such a blackpilled Ortho
Hmm, say that you have problem with breathing and you are tieöred all day so you want to open airway. Do sleep study and shit, become fat so it's even a bigger risk. I mean this is ofc a longshot else you would need to pay a private Clinic wiöhich has ablckpilled ortho

I always went to paid clinics and all they did was put braces with elastic bands, did a bite and that's it. Maybe I also don't understand how much the palate should be between the fours and the last teeth? I'll try to find a blackpill orthodontist anyway.

Measure your intermolar width form the side of the teeth

I mean ideally 40+ but at the same time your width csn be enough
I measured it like this, if I understood you correctly. Is it because of the narrow palate that my mouth is so small?

Nah not necessarily, but usually it widen with wider palate but Its not certain. And your mouth is not that small

I don't know, everyone tells me that my mouth is very small relative to my nose and face. Did I measure the distance correctly?
