If you watch this clip from the walking dead. You can see Gareth(the one talking) saying that women taste better and that its the extra layer of fat women have for fertility.
When you touch a woman's skin, the texture is different than you would touching your own body or touching the skin of another man. Its more elegant. Then you get women who regularly shave. They strip their bodies from hair, peach fuzz and the stubble that they shave again. So you get this byproduct which feels like something you can pet like an animal. I love this texture women have. Even if they have scars. my ex had all these self harm scars and despite them being these massive hypertrophic or keloid piece of scar tissue; it felt soft and the texture was unique. I think the roughest skin they'll ever attain is callouses from wearing high heels or working out in the gym using those metal bars they grip on.
