"Between 1990 and 2017, the global number of prevalent cases of IBD increased. After many years of sharp increases in IBD incidence in North America and western European countries, and because of improved survival, a pattern of increased prevalence emerged in these regions. An alarming trend for health systems is the observed rise in prevalence in newly industrialised countries."

Inflammatory Bowel Disease is caused when the redox system if homeostasis in the colonic cells gets off course. Basically this system is primarily composed of Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) which is the oxidative agent, and Glutathione SH which is the reductive agent. When your body has either exogenous or endogenous stressors attacking it, hydrogen peroxide gets produced in much larger acute amounts to protect the cell (adaptation) from these simingly acute stressors. But Hydrogen Peroxide itself is very cytotoxic cause when it oxidizes compounds and bacteria, it can do the same thing to your own cells. But what happens is that Glutathione is there to neutralize the excess H2O2 after the series of stress has ended, it does this by donating an electron.

The huge problem here is that Hydrogen Peroxide gets produced extremely quickly and efficiently in your cells while Glutathione on the other hand takes few hours to reach the needed amount to neutralize H2O2 after cells get hit by a next stress wave.

What this means is that, given the information of the increasing percentage of young people in ((western)) countries getting this illness, the Glutathione amounts in their body get extremely low from constant unnatural stress, which gives H2O2 free ride to start damaging the colonic cells and Mitochondria getting hit the hardest because its genome is much mkre fragile then the one in the Nucleus. This causes mDNA mutations and a snowball effect from poor Electron Chain Transport system and defucnt beta oxidation, which leads to more Hydrogen Peroxide getting produced, it statts leaking out of the cells, this attracts Neutrophiles in the Neutrophile crypts, and they produce additional H2O2 themselves.

Tldr: zoomers are the most stressed generation in history given the increasing trend of IBD in western countries. Could hypergamy, peer pressure, social anxiety, destroyed circadian rhythms and reduced physical activity all contribute to this?

maybe its because of the chemicals in the food

Nobody cares unfortunately.

Same as with so many other clear indicators or societal collapse:
It's widely recognized that male testosterone levels are dropping by ~1% per year on average.
Anyone with a brain would recognize what huge societal issues will come from this. Especially in terms of social dynamics, physical health and societal demographics.

But you will hear not a single damn soul speak about this in public or in politics. Instead retarded faggot soyboy shit like 'climate change' dominate the daily talking points.

It's absolutely over, the decline is insane.

Doctor tzer what should i do or eat to avoid this ?
Im ready to eat rew liver, smoke and drink palinka every morning .

does depression reduce or increase stress?
Depression is a very clouded topic, we are still not sure how SSRI's even work for depression, the seratonin mechanism is just one effect of these drugs, but new studies done in the past decade have shown that SSRI have potential to raise allopregnanolone in the brain, the main neuro steroid, and thats where they inflict their anti depressive properties.

Seratonin on the other hand isn't a "happiness hormone", it's a stress hormone. Ofcourse your body always needs to have some amounts of seratonin and cortisol, cause stress factors are what protects your body from oxidative damage.

But what's interesting is that seratonin becomes much higher when an invidual is stressed, cause seratonin modulates a protective stress response. Seratonin for the same reason is also raised alot in people with IBD together with hydrogen peroxide, cortisol and histamine.

Tldr: being in a depressed state (assuming you mean a classic lowered mood state) means your brain is getting damaged by oxidative species and having not enough stressors like seratonin, histamine and cortisol to protect it from this. But at the same time too high levels of seratonin would cause a state of numbness and apathy (anhedonia) which is a standard effect of SSRI drugs

or just ignore both of of these questions

gonna assume ur just low iq for that
Residents of industrialized countries also tend to eat more fat and processed food, which has been shown to be connected to the development of IBD, according to a 2021 studyTrusted Source. This study involved over 100,000 people of varying socioeconomic backgrounds across seven geographical regions around the world.

You will know because the symptoms of IBD are very obvious (diarrhea, more then 4 stools daily, blood in stool, refractory stomach pain). IBS which is lighter doesn't have blood but has either diarrhea or constipation, and it is worsend the most by FODMAPS (fructose, gos, lactose, fructans, sorbitol, manitol).

Smokers actually have much less chance of getting IBD cause nicotine is highly protective for mucous membranes.

"For current smokers at latest colonoscopy, those with extensive disease were the lightest smokers (median 0.320 pack-years), whereas those with healthy colons were the heaviest smokers (median 9.18 pack-years, P= 0.006)".

So being depressed makes seratonin higher and protects from oxidative damage or the opposite?? Being always happy = no cortisol and seratonin? Or the opposite of this? Sorry doctor but I'm slow

*Healthy human (ideal redox system, low seratonin, normal cortisol)

*cell stress begins (high functioning redox system, low seratonin, normal cortisol

*reversible cell damage stage (collapsed redox system, high seratonin, high cortisol, tnf, leukotrien, prostaglandin)

*high seratonin personality = anhedonic depression

Just assume I am a stupid nigger and explain it in a simple way.

Being depressed = good? For protection from oxidative damage. Yes or no??

Idc about anhedonic depression (I think I have it tbh no motivation to do anything)

Being classically depressed has absolutely no discovered cause, there are alot of theories but its a shitshow. But an example in theory could be if you have cell stress, low antioxidant amounts, but low seratonin, so your brain doesn't become numb so you just stay in a sad depressive state. Cells stress is almost certainly a cause of depression but its not known if low seratonin, low neurosteroids, dopamine, or a mix is the cause of it

That's not what I'm asking doctor plz. How to increase antioxidants btw? Diet?
