You do realize that most of the flared look is caused by muscles and soft tissue, rather than the actual bone structure. Muscle attachments generally follow the shape of the underlying bone, so he definitely has more flared bones- like most men. Someone with severely inward-tilted gonions will not achieve a similar look, regardless of masseter hypertrophy
