Not true at all, the entire Isles gets a wide variety of phenotypes.

all of europe has a large variety in the modern day, especially anglos are everywhere, phenotypes are historical maps.

and the average north atlantid looks like this, it's the most boneless, downgrowth phenotype in all of europe.

you can dye a hallstatt black and nobody would tell the difference, they've got similar heads, although even hallstatts are less boneless.

almost all examples people take of good looking north atlantids, are literally faelids with black hair, or some mix of something else european that's not north atlantid at all.

Also, this post goes against the whole Faelid becoming North Atlantid thing after hair colour change. Faelids have a very distinct, usually, more robust bone structure than North Atlantids and you just mentioned it yourself.

Latter is true but there isn't as much mixing as people claim there to be (where it renders phenotypes obsolete). Largely you see the presence of these phenotypes fairly easily bar exceptions.
I will say that there is a general lack of research put into phenotypes and anthropology in general nowadays making it limiting in many places.

there is zero med admixture in north atlantids, the black irish have been tested consistently for this, they're just relict populations that retained it.

Nordics are simply depigmentated meds. Racologist Carleton Coon wrote that the only difference between the Halstatt Nordid and the Mediterranid is light pigmentation.
