Yh i'm 174 a few hours after waking up, checked multiple times in hospital. But i think i could be 5'9 afternoon height if i fixed my APT, kyphosis neck, posture in general. My spine is fucked up so i could just about get to 5'9 afternoon height tbh.
At night i drop down to 5'8 i think but never measured night height but i do seem visibly shorter i can tell. Morning i wake up 5'9, i'm guessing 176.

mate i was raised by a single mother who refused to ever take me to the doctor or dentist all my life, i legit had to have multiple teeth taken out at a young age because she refused to take me to the dentist and the infection spread and spread until it was too late. Also keeping in mind that my parents were 41 years old when i was born, i suspect there's a high probability i have some form of autism/adhd/add (whatever the fuck these even mean nowadays) and i am quite obviously ND and non-nt. father is currently a weak 5'7, i think when he was younger he was maybe 5'7.5, not entirely sure. I have atleast an inch or 1.5 inches on him right now. My mother claims she was 5'1 when younger. So yeah genetics are trash but i guess not being fed/etc i should be glad i even made it to 174, it could have been a lot worse actually but god knows i would have fucking roped if i ended up 5'6
