If there is ww3 I doubt there'd be conscription in countries like UK and USA. Would be hard to make alot of gen z fight especially with mental health issues and obesity and shit. The professional armies would probably be enough, while the countries where the actual frontlines would be like Russia or Taiwan or the baltics or some shit will have to conscript people for the meat grinder
