So clenching and chewing are two different things now
Yes, because one is clenching and one is chewing???? They are completely different things. Flexing your bicep by your own example is different than curling your bicep repeatedly.

But Anyway that’s what I’m saying the mandible is a fused bone how can chewing which uses a muscle force the mandible to become wider just think please for a second
are the massaters not just sitting on the mandible giving the impression of a wider bone structure

Well I'm saying that a fused bone wont move with external pressure, not that a fused bone cant get thicker. Nothing stops a fused bone from thickening lmao, only from moving because that's what a bone being fused means. :lul:

Yep, the only problem could be if you get bloated but that's not a guarantee. If you're already lean, then you're basically just getting a wider jaw and more pull on your cheeks which could actually improve the appearance of your cheeks.

Ok a thicker jaw doesn’t mean a wider jaw

Ok you can’t curl your massater though it’s a fixed muscle. Clench your jaw and then chew and feel your massater there’s no difference.
Just stfu already

You can chew which causes it to be repeatedly activated and put in tension. I mean clenching your jaw might do something ig, but it would be the same as clenching any muscle so it probably wouldn't do anything.

Edit: Actually you are right, in that clenching actually does cause hypertrophy. In fact that's exactly what bruxism is. Clenching will actually cause much greater hypertrophy as you are under tension for longer, and under maximum force. I'll take the L on that. Still wouldn't advise it though. Plus maximal hypertrophy isn't really what we want here.

Sure I’m all for self improvement of course but chewing isn’t saving a shit narrow jaw bro just please come to the conclusion. It will just bloat your face
Again I didn't save it will save a bad jaw but it definitely better then nothing and a shit jaw, it only "bloats" if it's over developed which is unlikely for most people
