IQ should be alongside face, race and height. It can't be changed, yet It is the number one predictor of educational achievement and job performance. If an employee wanted to best sort out potential candidates for a job, they would be best off just assessing your raw brain genetics with an IQ test, rather than fussing over your academic history or work experience. Unless you get very lucky, with a low IQ, you won't ever be able to earn a lot of money. You are competing against people with higher IQs who can learn something in a third of the time it takes you.
