The Strongest men I’ve met irl were all very heavy

They were all tall and had well built physiques & most importantly.

They were all heavy, IMO sub 220lbs is not a good weight for a man.

Only way you can be heavy as a man is to train all parts of your body not neglect stuff.

People think 100kg is fat cos they only train upper body but it’s not that big if you have good all around strength.

Fufu is actually a pretty good carb ngl.

But I think ur just fat + coping if ur over 20% bodyfat unless you’re doing strongman lifts it’s probably just fat

Nah, the strongest men don't have a physique you'd want. They're so muscular that they look obese. Look at strongmen. You can't be super strong with 10% bodyfat

Being tall and big is such a halo. If you see a reasonably gl RTT guy you automatically feel respect.

I can walk around 100kg without being too heavy. But I prefer to be less as my cardio improves a lot. Just have a large frame theory. I'm physically very strong for somebody who doesn't train for strength or lift. I have a massive back and I think that is also linked with hitting very hard, which has no concrete indicators.

I think I'd look like Tua or Ibeabuchi if I was around 110kg and fully roided.

Fufu tastes terrible tho. I’ve tried it once and it was the most tasteless side dish I’ve ever eaten

I’ve eaten it with egusi stew which on itself was delicious but the fufu ruined it so much it was painful. Tasteless lump of starch

Do you consider that strong though? I know people benching 200+ kgs raw like maniacs

You’re very strong if you’re 72kg benching 130kg

I can only do 105 and I’m 105kg myself ahahah then again I don’t really “lift” I lift weight mayeb once a month and even then I’m the type to lift for reps more than weight.

Generally 1/2/3/4 is strong.

But these are the strongest I’ve met. Seen a fat bear dude that was squatting 400 kilos jfl

If you like plantains maybe you will prefer foutou over fufu.
