If you want to correlate Indo European admixture in the North, it would make sense.. and you could say the Ancient North Eurasian admixture in the IE populations are what make them stronger, because Ancient North Eurasians were robust and powerful individuals.. but to claim its the Mongol invasion is retarded. These populations didn't mix much at all with them, especially the further West you go.

A mixture of the two most likely. Phenotypically similar to Siberian people but who's skull had to be somewhat Caucasoid considering they set a massive genetic component in Yamnaya and Yamnaya skulls are Caucasoid.
