I've been thinking about how modern age of consent works and its completely illogical, and the only reason I can see for its current structure is to prevent men who "failed" in their teens from ever experiencing "teen love"
1. How age of consent laws make no sense logically
Think about it, the way the law works is completely illogical, its first asserted that a teen is unable to consent to sex with an adult, but conveniently when another teen is involved their ability to consent is now valid and should be acknowledged
The law would make complete sense if it were illegal for teens to have sex period, but its strictly only illegal for them to have sex with adults, which means there's a clear intent to bar off certain age groups from access to teens, and this is obviously targeted at men and not women, as men are the ones with an inclination towards neoteny
Notice the same logic is never applied to alcohol, if an adult gives a teen alcohol the adult is punished in some legal way, if a teen gives another teen alcohol or drinks alcohol by themselves they will also face some kind of minor legal punishment, if we applied the logic of age of consent laws to alcohol teens should be able to drink all the alcohol they want and face no punishment as long as no adult is involved
Its ridiculous to argue that teens should know better when it comes to alcohol, but when it comes to sex we label them as invalids and affirm that they shouldn't know any better
Do you know what is the most ridiculous example of how age of consent laws make no sense:
If a TEEN has sex with an ADULT its illegal just for the ADULT
If a TEEN has sex with a TEEN its completely legal for both TEENS
However if both TEENS filmed themselves having sex and released the video they can both be charged as ADULTS for distribution of child pornography
Make that make sense, try your best
If releasing a video of an act, now renders the act "bad enough" to arrest someone for the act, then shouldn't it be illegal for them to engage in the act to begin with?
Two teens having sex, goes from "legal safe consensual fun" to "despicable and heinous sex crime" just like that, these age of consent laws are completely illogical
2. Why I think the law is targeted towards low tier males
We all know society hates low tier males, but I think we underestimate just how much, society in a way seems to have conspired to keep low tier males "in our place" as perpetual losers based on my observations of how laws are structured
A good example is Canada's prostitution laws (France's is similar) where its LEGAL to sell sex but ILLEGAL to purchase it, its clearly structured in such a way as to only punish males and males only, the same logic would never be applied to something more "unisex" like drugs, imagine if drug laws were about punishing only the person that buys them, but drug dealers never got charged?
When it comes to punishing low tier males society craves this so much logic goes out the window
Low tier males are usually the type to fail at having dating lives in their teens, so they will work hard and gather wealth, and try to make up for it in their later years, the purpose of how age of consent laws are structured, is about keeping young beautiful women these men have wanted their entire lives forever out of their reach, its about keeping them perpetual losers, they'll never have their chance to enjoy youth of that level, they are forever being barred off from that experience
So a 16 year old girl can get gangbanged by the entire high school football team and that's perfectly healthy, normal, and acceptable, but a man in his 20's (or older) trying to court that same 16 year old for marriage and children, now that's completely detestable and he's a fucking evil degenerate JFL
We all know this makes no sense at all, how can we treat teen girls getting passed around like trinkets as them being "competent" and giving consent, but they magically lose that competence and ability to consent the moment the male trying to court them is an "adult", and ironically that adult's intentions may actually be "purer", he might be looking for a wife rather than just his "next fuck" on some list to boast about with his friends (which is the guys usually have sex with teens in their schools because they are the same age)
