How come i get sunspots when i dont put on sumbkock then?

All the places I didnt put any sunblock (i wanted to tan long ago) got like black dots now like those old people  and the ones with sunblock are healthy and spotless.

And not just in my head I spot tested and did expiriments, without sunblock sucks. I also get sun burned.

And its not my diet.

Because it indeed does damage. Avoid high UV index, midday sun is not great.

The amount of people on here talking about how the sun is a plus for your looks is completely comical. UV will RAPE your skin much more than you think, I've seen incredible changes in my skin in under 2 weeks from just spamming SPF/PA 50+
