THE SUN IS AMAZING IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE...
-
improves sleep and circadian rythm
- protects you against sickness
- aides in muscle growth
- improvement in mood and increased feeling of welbeing
- improved digestion
- reduced stress
etc...

Get Your Sun.
The more skin you show under the sun, the more benefits you will reap.

Even your private parts.

30 minutes a day if you're white, 1-2 hours if you're darker.

Watch The Sunset And Sunrise Too.
Set a timer 5 minutes prior to sunrise, and wake up before sunset if you can.
This will help you sleep much, much better.

"But there is no sun!"..

If there is no sun, you should do three things:

1.) Supplement a good amount of Vitamin D+K2, around 10,000IU's.

2.) Get a light therapy lamp and shine that on your face every morning, and about 3-5 hours before bed, 15 minutes each time.

3.) Go outside. There are still health benefits from natural light exposure: even if there is no sun.

Some additional notes:

1.) Supplement 5000-7500IU's of Vitamin D3+K2, regardless of sun exposure. The K2 dosage should be above atleast 30mcg.

2.) If you want to tan, spend about 2x the time mentioned under the sun. If you don't have nutritional deficiencies, you shouldn't get sunburnt. You tan faster when floating above water.

And also..
Be Sure To Wear Sunscreen Or Accept Premature Aging And Skin Cancer.

(You can also use extra Virgin coconut oil instead of Sunscreen)

Let's just say, the darker you are, longer you should stay under the sun. If you're lightskin you should prob stay between 30 minutes and an hour. Depends also if your skin is sensitive to the sun.

You are right man. Sun is a kind of natural life hack.
But, I live in France so here the sun is not always there. I tried light therapy and it is not that effective compared to real sun.

le Canada je penses que c'est pire que la France. La seule solution c'est de jouer un peu avec la chimie ... malheureusement
