You’re probably here because you think drinking raw milk is low IQ, right?
WRONG

1.
Raw milk contains living enzymes and micronutrients/vitamins denatured or completely eliminated by pasteurization.
IMG 9052

2.
Pasteurization of milk itself originated due to horrifically unsanitary conditions in the early 20th country. In those cases, yes pasteurization is better, but this means the milk you’re drinking will inherently be lower quality. Poor conditions are proven to result in worse nutrition and taste of milk. Most store bought milk, like the one probably sitting in your fridge,

3.
Raw milk consumption is directly correlated to height. Central and Southern European countries are some of the tallest in the world, and they possess a significant raw dairy culture. The Sudanese and other East Africans, specifically the ones with a diet centered around raw dairy and other animal foods also tend to be very tall (Ex: the Dinka, Nuer, Samburu). In fact, these tribes hold the cow in immensely high regard, and use it as currency and dowry. From the studies of Weston Price, women in these tribes trended over 6’ and the men over 7’.

4.
Raw dairy has been observed to;
Alleviate symptoms of asthma and allergies: https://www.jacionline.org/article/S0091-6749(11)01234-6/fulltext

Fix lactose intolerance: https://www.jacionline.org/article/S0091-6749(08)01133-0/fulltext

Boost mood and vitality: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0965229919308428

5.
A lack of raw dairy has been proven to cause developmental deficiencies in other mammals. For instance, there is a famous study on cats called the Pottenger’s Cats study, and in said study a control group consuming raw dairy showed healthy characteristics, whereas that fed processed dairy developed deformities previously thought to be exclusive to humans (arthritis, allergies, asthma, skeletal degeneration, and even emotional instability). After a few generations, the test group became infertile.

“Why is pasteurized milk so popular then?”
1. Shelf life, pasteurized milk can sit far longer without going bad. Be wary, this is NOT as good as it sounds.
2. It makes it easier to sell shitty milk and get away with it.

ACCESSIBILITY OF RAW DAIRY:
Raw dairy is generally easily accessible in most regions of the world with the exception of the USA, which outlaws its retail sale in most states. However, you can circumvent this by either joining a herd share or a Private Membership Association.

Find raw milk near you:
realmilk.com
getrawmilk.com

Finally, if you’re still too scared to drink it, you should go for low temp pasteurized, a good brand I know of is Kalona Supernatural, from my experience you can find it at Sprouts but it’s available in other grocery stores.

Ok thread did absolutely horrible on here

70% of earth population can't consume lactose normally and around 10% can't consume it at all, so consuming raw milk on daily basis for 70% of people will lead to becoming seek. Also it's hard to find good source where you can buy safe raw milk. Also height is 60-80% genes.

Lactose intolerance is mostly due to consumption of either A1 milk, homogenized/pasteurized milk, or both, A2/A2 typically resolves this

There’s plenty of farms throughout the world that sell quality raw milk, the websites i linked are great tools to find them

Height is mostly genetic correct but epigenetic factors are VERY important

Well that’s in the case of a genuine lactose intolerance, most people just have a sensitivity to the A1 protein found in commercial milk

I think it could help those who have mild lactose intolerance. Some people who has it can drink milk sometimes, but others can get seek even from small dosages of lactose
