As has been mentioned, a lot of the time a nose isn't harmonic with the rest of the face because of the entire lower-third.

Getting a rhinoplasty for improve your facial balance when the fundamental flaw is in the lower-third of the face is absolute cope - but I guess its a lot more palatable from a cost and recovery perspective to get your nose reshaped instead of breaking your jaw into multiple pieces and holding them together with plates for months.

Men can get away with a nose that isn't harmonic, but a weak lower third is untenable. It's the other way around for women, hence why rhinoplasty can ascend foids so easily.

Your theory is correct, but to clarify it only works if:
1. Soft facial structure (like asians in general), crucial for the prettyboy archetype (can you imagine a big hawk nose on a pretty boy like chamalett? it would descend him hard)
2. Strongly ethnic phenos, they usually come with many other flaws that break the harmony which, if corrected, would ascend them hard.
3. Nose is too deviant from the average, in general.
In case these given conditions are not present, u can see that a rhino wouldn't make a big difference, not even on a bit bigger nose like a hawk nose, again, like many american celebrities that can get away with it as they have other features that draw the attention and are big enough to create a sense of balance between features (harmony). Put Henry Cavill, Gandy, Jason Momoa... they wouldn't benefit at all with a rhino.

This asian guy needed midface implant (that would push the nose forward thus making it thinner and right shape) and nose bridge rhinoplasty not this shit..

If it’s just big (from the side) then nose itself is not always the problem
