Have seen tons of before/afters of jaw and chin surgery and it seems that it dosnt always get that good. The ideal is that the top lip protrudes the most, then bottom lip and last the chin. So check these pictures to see the importance of a symmetrical balance in the lower third profile.

Here is an example of a case where there wasnt a good result regarding ideal facial aesthetics.

thats some next level autism, noone will give a crap about 2 millimeters discrepancy, quit being retarded. If it looks aesthetic, its all good, which the 1st example does.
 
Nah, retarded is not realizing that its the mm that makes the difference in facial aestetics.
