different eye heights and tilts is generally caused from the sphenoid no? I thought orbital assymetry is less common... Maybe its from zygomatic assymetry

it looks like you might have other assyemtrys other than your eyes, such as your nose, i think you may have a deivaited septum which you could address and is cheaper, often medically covered by insurance if severe enough. And a slight tilt in your lips suggests you have a cant in your maxilla causing it to tilt, again which might be able to be addressed for cheaper than obo

Are you an idiot, the reason why I am socially autistic is because I used to look way worse, so when I tried to be myself I would get laughed at, belittle, treated like an infant. So even if Im better looking Im still scared of that happening because I never got an opportunity to socialize and thus Idk whats socially acceptable or appropiate to say.
